The compact solution for cleaning items in several processes
This type of ultrasonic system is designed for those customers who have the great challenges of purity. The system works with ultrasound under vacuum which is very effective in removing even the smallest particles. If the cleaned items must have a surface coating or be sterile, then you can safely count on this type of system.
Function
The system carries out several different processes in the same chamber, it can be spray washing, washing with ultrasound under vacuum, rinsing, fine rinsing and drying. It is possible to select rotation of the items during the process.
The different types of processes use different types of liquid, which after use are returned to their respective tanks, where they can be maintained with refilling of water, chemistry dosing, particle filtration and oil separation. It provides a very uniform surface treatment from the day of first degreasing onwards.
Equipment
Our 2-CRD system is made of stainless steel, AISI 304/316, all places that are affected by liquid. We use exclusively all the known quality brands within the electrical components. This means that our customers can safely let our plant run 24/7.
The systems are heat and sound insulated so they do not spend unnecessarily much energy on heating and they do not separately increase the sound level in a normal production hall. An external transport trolley, charging ramp or automatic basket charging station can be offered for the system, which automatically charges the machine with curves and moves them out of the system after the process has ended.
