These ultrasonic systems are made according to the customer’s wishes. If you want a surface treatment plant with several process options that is semi or fully automatic, it is the PLURITANK model that must be chosen.
Here it is possible to put the system together in several modules such as washing, rinsing, passivation, coating, drying and cooling. Existing baskets or fixtures can be used, according to which the tanks can be adapted.

Ultrasonic degreasing takes place by sending ultrasonic oscillations through a liquid, at a predetermined frequency. These oscillations form smaller cavitation bubbles that grow at a certain speed.
When these cavitation bubbles reach a certain size they burst, by these small explosions in the liquid the items become clean. In all places where there is liquid, these cavitation bubbles could occur and thus degrease / clean the workpiece. In the event of a more permanent contamination, a chemical must be added which helps to speed up the degreasing process.
Equipment
Our PLURITANK models are made of stainless steel, AISI 304/316, all places that are affected by liquid. We use exclusively all the known quality brands within the electrical components. This means that our customers can safely let our plant run 24/7.
At our fully automatic systems, safety is high – The systems are heat and sound insulated so they do not spend unnecessarily much energy on heating and they do not separately increase the sound level in a normal production hall. The system is very user-friendly and is most often controlled via a touch panel, where both text and images provide a quick explanation of what action to take.
